The Signature Glove
The Signature Glove was designed to create the best feeling and most durable glove on the market. At the same time, wanted to create a physical aid to help with alignment. Process behind the project was beginning to identify what materials work best that are currently in the market. Different types of leather, trims, perforations for ventilation and so on. Once we decided on a great quality leather, then the process of design began. Smart design lines used to create max mobility with the least amount of seams. The right length and width Fourchettes for comfort and fit. Perfect amount of perforated holes for ventilation and moisture control. After hours of design, we land on a great product that features an embossed logo on our angled velcro strap. We also viewed an opportunity to help with alignment on the palm side. We added the Birdega logo to help as an aid for club placement and wear analysis. Below images display six 18hole rounds of wear testing.
